Micciah:  We greet you all, dear friends.

Julie:  We do greet you, indeed.  This is Micciah Channel, and I’m Julie Winter.  Micciah is an energy entity who works with me while I’m in trance,  and while I’m in the trance state I have access to a point of view that seems to come from a non-physical realm.  This series of programs is drawn primarily from videotapes taken during my regular classes.  We want to expand our circle,  and include your energy and interest in our work.
The session that we are going to see deals with the quality of transformation that’s available given one’s life history, personal history, the formation of life purpose and the question of guilt.

   ----------

Micciah:  We greet you dear friends.
We are most pleased to be with you. Even though you are taught that life on earth is shared only by those in the physical realm, truly we are all sharing. The different energies are available to you through this form which we call channeling; they are available in your dream life, in your meditations. In creative states, there is a natural and spontaneous mingling of the realms. This has always been known in some way in every culture, in every group; there has always been an opening for this kind of communication.
Now, if we would tell you one thing and one thing only, it would be that the nature of reality is love itself, not personal love perhaps but compassionate, enormous, eternal love, and that the most precious quality you can have is true reverence for life, for life in its spontaneity, in its suffering, in its joy, in its shadow, in its brightness. Reverence for life. You could evaluate your life choices with that as a ground, a guide. And the movement of the planet, the unfolding in spirit, if you wish to use that word, is rooted in reverence for life, not for success, not for position, not for perhaps many things you are asked to pursue, but for life itself, the pulse.
Children have a quality of reverence for life. Everything that happens to them is absorbing, is thrilling, is fascinating. If you add that quality to the wisdom of an older person, you begin to get the drift. Animals are, as we have said so often, your great beloved teachers. In other cultures, in other times, the reverence for the wisdom of the animal teachers was very clear. 0ne’s spirit guides were often animals, animal figures, and the different groups of animals represented different qualities of consciousness. So when hundreds and thousands of animals are slaughtered to overfeed the body, because the personality and the group personalities believe one must stuff oneself with red meat, then there is a loss of acknowledgment for the life force knowing itself through all of these animals. Now, some people need to eat red meat, and if you live in a city you cannot very well go out and hunt it. But you can work to change the way it is brought to your table, if you wish to; and once it is on your plate, if you do eat meat, you can bless its spirit. If you would bless your food with the experience of reverence for what the earth is giving to you, there would be far fewer ‘weight problems. Try it! We could say that another word for reverence is “honor.” You honor the life energies, the great love that is in you and is in other beings. It is not always easy, not always comfortable.
You can best support this growing pulse, this wave toward mindfulness, or reverence, by having it yourself, by celebrating, by choosing in your own existences that which supports the life force and slowly, gently, and with love releasing that which does not support it. So, there are other elements that come into play.
Guilt does not support life energy. In moving away from a reverent spirit toward life -- and we mean a very dancing kind of reverence, you know, not solemn -- in moving away from this, one may experience remorse, a kind of tugging, or sadness. And this can be corrected. Amends can be made, apologies offered. But guilt dams up the life energies. It is like a deadening, a loss of the experience of the pulse. Your own experience of the life force will guide you safely in your actions, but when the experience of the pulse, of that magnificent pulse, is lost, then small mind takes over and becomes the authority. And then the movement is lost to rules, to beliefs, to sects, to organizations that are different and separate from other organizations; but you are one family on this very small planet, and there is no time any longer for the oppositional consciousness which says, “I am right, they are wrong.” So all of you must work, in your own lives and as a group -- and this group is a mirror for many groups, many other kinds of groups -- to go beyond the apparent opposition, the apparent disagreements. You do not need to look very far afield to find so much fertile ground to work. Begin right where your nose is. You do not need to look out, to cast your eyes around. Look in, remembering your reverence. Guilt is a kind of shaming or, as we said, deadening, and its natural antidote is aliveness.
Now, what are one’s powers to transform? Well, they are enormous. Yes. Everything you have chosen in your life is your teaching: every event, every relationship, your body, your family, everything. And life is always showing you, life is always teaching you, if you will look. If you will search your history through all the events and circumstances, you will find a jewel embedded in each event. Now, the personality always wants life to be comfortable, but it doesn’t take too much to figure out that it is not possible to grow and to have life be comfortable. So what to do? Are you willing to sacrifice your comfort a little bit to grow? For exuberance. Is it worth it? For spontaneity. For focus. It is an effort. If you will throw away your need to be comfortable, so much will open up. We are not suggesting that you take on discomfort as in some religions where the harming of the body or the deliberate creation of discomfort becomes a virtue in itself. No, no. No. And there are times that are naturally comfortable. But you see what we are saying: the personality always wishes to stop there, so you must know from your heart that you can press past the immediate concern for comfort. This is amusing and this is also not amusing. You have wasted many of the resources of the planet out of a combined loss of reverence, of acknowledgment, for life, and the personality need and value for being comfortable. We do urge you to explore, as you have been doing, the dynamics and the great teaching of your own lives!
We would like to say one thing about life purpose in terms of what one transforms about one’s life. If one’s life is the teacher, you never need to make it different than it was. If one’s life is the teacher, you can have reverence for everything and tell the truth, be in truth, about what has transpired in your life. Then nothing needs to be hidden. You come into this reality appearing to live a certain number of years; you come in with gifts and skills, predispositions and predilections, which assist you, which support you, in discovering and realizing, manifesting, your chosen purpose.
Everyone has a life purpose. It can be very broad. And it may not be anything like what you thought. When you are aligned with this purpose, you will literally feel it. And when you are not aligned, you will feel that also. If you can go beyond thinking of experience as positive and negative, if you can truly and deeply know it is all valuable, then everything takes on a different aspect.
We will leave you. We share with you much energy and love, and we bid you a very fine evening.
