Micciah:  We greet you all, dear friends.

Julie:  We do greet you, indeed.  This is Micciah Channel, and I’m Julie Winter.  Micciah is an energy entity who works with me while I’m in trance,  and while I’m in the trance state I have access to a point of view that seems to come from a non-physical realm.  This series of programs is drawn primarily from videotapes taken during my regular classes.  We want to expand our circle, and include your energy and interest in our work.
I’m going to go over the questions before I go into trance.
They really should not be called “questions,” in a sense. The questions sound as if you are going to ask me a question and I’m going to give you an answer. So, let’s call them issues.
One is about the metaphysical causation of AIDS, what its purpose might be, and how the creation of this kind of degree state has arisen. the next one is abut probable realities and where this world, this particular physical world fits, or lies, in relation to other probable realities. Where we are in terms of positive and negative actions in this realm. And whether, if we continue on a negative course, will this realm of being be effecting other realms

   ----------

Micciah: We greet you all, dear friends.
All of you who participate in healing in any way, formal or informal, contribute to the well-being of the planet; and there is a flow of energy, of ideas, of power between all the realms. The physical world is not the only world. Many realms interpenetrate. The one that you experience most clearly, or that part of you experiences, is the one you are tuned into, or focused on. So while your physical focus is turned toward this realm, there are other aspects of your total being, of your Great Self, that are focused in other realms.
We will do the second questions first. The second issue. This one is so careful about language.
To say that this realm is “somewhere” immediately locks it into a time/space frame, yes? We are all some where, we are here, but it is not so much the “where” of it as it is the essence of it. You are in a period, as you experience time, through the focus of this realm, of great upheaval, of tumultuous change, of extraordinary power and opportunity; and this upheaval, this surging filters through to many other realms.
And you can, if you wish, open yourselves to information, to ideas, to impressions, and to healing from other realms. We are one such realm. Yes, the tumult has an effect in other realms; there are realms in which the cries of pain from “this one” reverberate and the joy of raw creativity reverberates. There is even movement between the realms; there are beings in this realm, this earth realm, who are not from here, so to speak. And parts, or elements, of you travel into other realities. Sometimes the physical-focus self, that part of the self that you call you, is informed of these other realms, sometimes in dreams, in reverie, or in a flash when you suddenly come back. You are drifting and come back; sometimes you are really coming back, you have really been away. All time is simultaneous, yet you experience each life with a beginning, a middle, and an end. And it is true that each life, each flicker, is precious.
We are coming to the question of the metaphysical connections to a disease state such as A.I.D.S.
What this life is, is the process of discovering the precious, and magnificent, and really miraculous quality of each moment. You say, “Well, now, Julie is in a trance,” but you are all in a trance. It is not an accident that one refers to certain spiritual work as an awakening. An awakening. Wake up! Wake up! Sometimes you can wake yourself in response to a very small symptom, just a pinch — wake up! Sometimes at the end of what you call physical life, if there is disease, and suddenly when death is acknowledged to be present, life appears in all its glory, each moment, each ordinary thing so precious, to be savored. That is what it means to be awake. The very violent and disturbing disease states — vast waves of cancers, of heart disease, of auto-immune disease of all kinds — can be associated with masses of people who seem to have lost their experience of that spark. So when a disease makes its presence felt it is a symptom, metaphysically, of a loss of contact in many people with the vitality of life. It is a hard road to go, but it has been true in your realm that people have yearned to awaken and have sometimes organized a great, apparently destructive, push! It is the difference between having someone say to you in the morning [whispered], “wake up,” and someone screaming, “WAKE UP! WAKE UP!” Diseases in vast numbers are indications of imbalances, of imbalances in your relationship to life energy, to the earth, to food, to sex. We are not criticizing. We are not criticizing.
Immune... When the self starts to attack the self, it is auto-immune disease state, yes? The system which is meant to protect the body starts to eat the body alive; the systems which are meant to protect you in your lives are not protecting you. So you must find new systems. Which systems in your own lives, your very own personal lives, which habits, which patterns protect and nourish that spark, and which systems push the spark out, cover it up? When life is not honored, life bites back, yes? If you treat the earth, as a body, badly, that is, without awareness, without love, the earth will produce a response.
Now, also, in the spreading of mass disease, there is something in consciousness, in group consciousness, that is like a whisper campaign. It is very powerful. Diseases catch on, the way all styles catch on. We are not minimizing the impact of such things, the impact can be horrific. There is in your beliefs about disease much blame. It is “those things,” “those people.” Disease states, when they are fed in mass consciousness with fear, become negatively potent, as if the disease were lurking. Even in the way you describe disease in terms of victimhood, you speak of “catching” a disease. “I throw it to you! Do you want to catch it?” We don’t mean that if you have a “good” consciousness you will never get sick. This is not true. And illness is not a punishment; it is a symptom. You want to be able to have access within yourselves, all of you, to extraordinary joy and to how precious life is. Now meditate on this during the week, meditate on it, work with it in your lives — you too, those of you who are watching. Which patterns in your own lives support life energy and which ones destroy it? (We mean negative destruction. There is in the body a creative process of destruction, you must destroy your food and rid yourself of what you don’t need.) Start working with this in your own lives. When you take an action, when you make a choice, are you making choices out of a life-denying trance, or can you wake up and make choices that nourish life? You know, sometimes there are wild elements in a body. You can be exposed to a cold and not “catch” it.
How to stay connected? We suggest that you eat, if you can, what we would call live food, food with vitality. If there are many, many chemicals, then the food loses its essence; it is the same as having, or not having, the vital essence of your life available. Choose vital food, live food, but don’t make a fetish of it! And we suggest further that you try an experiment, all of you, this week. Before you put the food in your mouth, imagine its vitality. One of the ways you go outof balance is everything comes packed, yes? Very often full of chemicals. Well, you can buy organic, so-called organic, food. (What would “inorganic” food be?) Natural versus unnatural food. But if you don’t have it — and, as our friend here has pointed out, it is very expensive, not everyone has access, not everyone can do that — bless your food. Think of it as full of energy, that the apples came from trees that blossomed in the spring to make them, that the vegetables grew in the earth, and someone pulled them out, and someone fed them. If you are a meat-eater, thank the spirit of the animal. Try it for a week, see how you feel! Be conscious when you eat. Imagine the vitality, the energy, the life force that is given to you as food. Now, this would be the same, to go back to the disease question, does a sexual experience, does a certain interchange, personify or exemplify the life force? What does that really mean to you? When you don’t express your feelings, when you drive yourself, drive yourself, — what is called Type A, yes? — pushing, pushing, always achieving. And the profile of such a one, in terms of health, would cause what? The heart attacks. When you don’t make room for your heart, your heart seizes up. It is not a punishment. It is a statement, it is a communication.
   -----
So, your meditation for the week is twofold. One, to be aware of your actions and whether those actions support life. As you ask, “What supports life?” think of your life as a flower. What would support a flower? Not to stamp up and down on it, not to tear pieces out of the petals; but you do do that to yourselves, with guilt, with blame. Think of yourselves as growing, vital beings — which you are. So that is the first. And the second is when you put something in your mouth think of its vitality, too. You will be so healthy! Of course, those of you who have tricky minds will say, “Well, now I will go out and eat this, that, whatever, and see if I can transform it into something vital.” You can, probably. So. “Are my choices vital choices?” And sometimes you will find you just can’t make a choice for something that is vital right at that moment. Well, that’s all right.
So, we share with all of you much energy and much love, and we bid you a most joyful and chilly good evening.

Julie:  Is it over?  Its over.
What we do in class after a Micciah session is talk the material through, and agree, and disagree.  We would love you to do the same.

ONSCREEN VISUAL DISCLAIMER:
Julie: “This channeling is meant to be a spiritual, emotional, intellectual, heartful, mindful journey that I share with another realm, that I share with my classes and that we all share with you. Please go over the material, evaluate it for yourself, and know what it is that you think about it.”
