   Micciah: We greet you all, dear friends.

   Julie: We do greet you, indeed.  This is Micciah Channel, and I'm Julie Winter.  Micciah is an energy entity who works with me while I'm in trance, and while I'm in the trance state I have access to a point of view that seems to come from a non-physical realm.  This series of programs is drawn primarily from videotapes taken during my regular classes.  We want to expand our circle, and include your energy and interest in our work.

   Micciah:  We greet you all, dear friends, and we wish you to know, to really feel in your cells, in your breath, in your fingertips, that you are all dancing, dancing in [pause] the gift, in the unbreakable, unchangeable web that is love.  Even in the midst of great turmoil, of chaos that seems life-destroying, sometimes even life-defying, still behind the form is the source which is love, and it never goes away.  You cannot damage it or change it.
   So, in terms of the personality self, or the you that is the "I", it is hard not to fall into despair.  The personality sees dualistically, sees life against death, so it is only through your commitment and your heart that you pass through the duality, the apparent opposition, and the despair, into the love that is always present.  And it is much harder to do this when crisis occurs.  It is easier to be consciously aware of the love that supports you when life is, if not serene, at least not horrifying.  To confront the dragon, the distortion, the distortion...  Choices that are sadistic toward life are a distortion of the principle of love.  You cannot get away from the principle, there is no opposing principle, but the principle of love can be distorted by going through a distorted lens of the personality.  And then when there are many such distortions, what you see, what you are confronted with, is like a hell state, yes?, right in front of you.  So, do you become drawn into it or absorbed by the fire, by the devils?  Do you oppose the devils?  Do you become absorbed by them?  Do you give up?  Do you continue to put your hands where they are needed and to create love from your own heart?
   You all knew very well when you came into this life -- we have been talking about this recently in these sessions -- you knew that you were choosing a time of the great dream when things would come to an extraordinary, seemingly terrifying state.  So, you have chosen to be here.  And we wish to say that you can take heart and to tell you again that you can all call on the guardians, on the other realms, you can call for help, to come into you, to be with you, to begin to turn that which is distorted, to turn it back with love, to shift it with love.  It seems that so many of the distortions that have been cooking in great mind, in the collective consciousness, have now burst upon you.  So what does this leave you?  Not to oppose, not to join, not to despair, or at least for very long.  It leaves you love.  And you do not yet have a concept of how powerful love is.  You think love is like a valentine, but love has all the wildness and all the tenderness.  Love is, love is the whole game, including the illusion.
   So, please, let us have your questions.  We are so pleased to be here.  We will try to be careful of "this one"'s voice.

   Brenda:  Micciah, I'd like to ask what's the purpose in our not knowing what life after death is, or what crossing over is like?

   Micciah:  Ah yes, good question.  But you do know!  You do know.  You know, you know in your dreams, you know in your meditations, you know in the fine animal intelligence of yourself, of course you know.  But you play hide and seek with death.  Particularly in this culture.  There are other cultures, as you do know, intellectually you know, that have very different beliefs about death, that teach as a matter of course that the body is temporary and that when you leave you enter another realm.  So, why have you in this culture chosen the particularly difficult path of not knowing what you know?
   This culture, the West, we mean by this the Western world, has gone as far as it can go in the direction of functional disconnection from the source.  Contemporary science now seems to have turned back toward an acknowledgment of that source, although some scientists when questioned directly say no, that was not ever what they meant.  So you are in one of the great illusions, of duality.  The opposition of life and death.  And the purpose is to solve the riddle.  Different cultures choose different pathways of knowing and not knowing, or experiencing and... of opening to and contracting against.  And much in your culture, much rests on the sacredness of the body and death as a final failure, yes?  So, you truly use energy to keep yourself from knowing what you in fact already know, which is that there is no end to life.  So the purpose is to find your way back into the knowing that you knew to begin with.  To make the choice.  If you are given the information, then there is not much choice.  You know.  In a group agreement, where you are not given the information, you have the possibility of discovering it.  Does that answer the question?

   Brenda:  Yes, thank you.

   Micciah:  You cannot fall very far, there is nowhere to go.

   Woman:  Micciah, I have a question about alternatives, since in this society we seem to need electricity and power of that sort for our daily use.  About alternatives to polluting forms of producing power for our use. Nuclear energy, as we've found, is very bad, and also it seems that coal and petroleum burning cause a lot of problems, acid rain and things like that.

   Micciah:  Yes.

   Woman:  What are the healing potentials for the earth, for the planet, in developing new forms of power?  And also, specifically, solar energy.  How can we develop that more?  Is it true that technology at its present level can't be carried much further in using solar energy to produce electricity?

   Micciah:  Well.  The first is a question of need.  So what would happen if as a culture you discovered you don't really need what you think you need?  And the need for electricity, for what?, for power, power to drive away the dark and make mechanical toys and so forth.  We should not complain, yes?  Here are all these lights.  But at a group level, you have... you are like the hungry ghost who needs to suck all the time, who is greedy, who is never satisfied.  The first line of action is to reassess what you really need.  All these individual families living in individual homes with all the individual gas, everything lit privately, we don't think this is going to change overnight.  But since we are speaking of what the possibilities are we wish to address this one.  What do you really need?  What would happen if you could decide as a country you don't really need what you thought you needed?  That would diminish the problem considerably at the outset.  Then there would be the question of jobs, but there really is plenty of work for people if they wish to do it.  So the need itself is, has a voracious quality, and that could be rebalanced, could be healed.
   Now, if you began to use your ingenuity to develop the wind power and the sun power, you could find a way, we would say, within maybe fifteen or eighteen years that would supply great amounts of power.  You have not yet hit on it, in terms of solar energy, of exactly the right combination.  But you would.  And both solar energy and wind are viable alternatives.  You cannot just switch from what you have now to that, it would really have to be worked out.  And it is not possible to switch right this minute.  But you could drop down, drop your needs down, and then begin to work to create non-intrusive sources.  We see...  we will tell you what we see.  We see fields, fields of structures that collect energy from the sun and send it out in sort of conduits.  Is that possible?  They seem to shine.
   Please continue.
   If someone wishes, someone who really could ask the right questions wishes to use this channel for more specific information, we would be happy to try, but you would have to guide, lead "this one."  You'd have to steer, in terms of the questioning.  So she could answer if you said this substance or that one, the way she did in working with physicists.

   Woman:  Micciah, animals when they sleep, are they in a realm that is somewhere servicing another level of existence?  And also, why are so many animals created that cannot speak a human language?

   Micciah [laughing]:  Why would they particularly want to speak a human language? 

   Woman:  Why can't we communicate more with them?

   Micciah:  Oh you can communicate.  You communicate with animals absolutely.  They may be the few people around that you do communicate with.  [Laughter]  You communicate perfectly with animals if you wish to.  It is not verbal communication.  They are uh, they move between realms just as you do, and when they sleep they are in dream time, which is a different realm, and when you sleep, you are in dream time and that is a different realm. But you think you are in this realm all the time.  You are not!
   If you watch children, you will see, unless they have been interfered with, that they shift their awareness very easily.  If you say, "Well what are you doing?" they can't exactly tell you, but they are moving the crystal of their awareness into other probabilities, other realms.  And animals do the same.  Now, if you want to practice, you have to give up the idea that you don't communicate with them, with animals, and start paying attention at the intuitive level to the very clear way that you do communicate with them.  You have in your group beliefs studied animals in a most bizarre way.  You see them through your own eyes and evaluate them through your own sets of beliefs so that what you attribute to animal behavior is really just a reflection of your own behavior, with very few exceptions.  Some of the native American people were in absolute communion with the animals all the time, and some of the African people and very much the Australian people, the people native to that continent.  But you separated yourself through your belief systems from the animals and from your own wise animal self.  So you think you don't communicate with them.  And you do ignore them -- not you personally.  And then when you study them in the wild, many of those situations are not the original wild situations, they are what's left over from the territory you have appropriated.  So the animals' behavior is not [pause] really what it would have been in their own untampered-with habitats.  [pause]  Some animals, the dolphins, for instance, form a bridge between this world, this physical realm, and those beings who are the guardians, or the keepers, who hold the threads, so to speak, of this world.  We would like you as an experiment in some future class, you who are watching can do it also, to do a meditation where you specifically align yourself with the dolphins.  They are very great beings.  Peaceful, joyful, playful, and wise.  From your point of view, culturally, this is a ridiculous thing to say.  But they help hold the planet together as do all the animals, all the trees, all the rocks -- rocks have very intense consciousness -- the water.  But the dolphins have a special role.  And they communicate with other galaxies as well.
   So in this very difficult time, that takes so much courage, we thank you for sharing your circle with this realm.  And we bring you much love, and bid you a good evening.
