Micciah: We greet you all, dear friends.
Julie: We do greet you, indeed. This is Micciah Channel, and I’m Julie Winter. Micciah is an energy entity who works with me while I’m in trance, and while I’m in the trance state I have access to a point of view that seems to come from a non-physical realm. This series of programs is drawn primarily from videotapes taken during my regular classes. We want to expand our circle and include your energy and interest in our work.
I want to thank all of you who have been watching and who have written to me. And what you are going to see is me, with my personality and intelligence, awareness, go into an altered state. And while I’m in that altered state, I join with other energies, or another energy, and produce the personality of Micciah. I have, in that state, an awareness that I don’t ordinarily have. And I’m going to respond to questions that my classes have asked me.
Micciah: We greet you all dear friends.
Now all of the expressions of life, life itself and the earth itself are created out of sounds or tones. How do you individually and as a group of beings and as a community of beings, how do you stay connected with the seed of the stars that is your heritage and emanate through your own being a sound or a group of sounds, a song of being that is peaceful, peace loving, peace keeping amidst the cacophony of sounds that arise out of fear? This is true personal power.
All of your life, all the choices you make, the being of who you are, what you say, what you write, where you go, what you do is the song of this incarnation, and if you don’t like the tune you are singing, you can change it. So... Please, what are your questions?
Imogen: Micciah, I have a question about the distinction between personal power and aggression.
Imogen: And how it’s possible, how these are related if at all, and how we can use the energy of personal power in a way that is not harmful.
Micciah: Good question.
How are aggression and power related? They aren’t. Aggression... let us be careful here about language. One‘s own power comes from identifying what we are calling the star seed, inner wisdom, the fire of life, the clear fire within one’s self and letting it sing through the cells, through your eyes, through your mouth in speaking, through your hands in touching, through your feet in the way that you walk on the earth, and this essence has many many qualities.
You make the error, many of you, not all of you, of imagining that peacefulness is sort of static and boring, no excitement. Yet, peace is the greatest excitement there is, because it provides for trust, spontaneity, playfulness, free movement, erotic feelings, ecstatic feelings, that connection with spirit, with the fire, and sometimes within the context of that fire the energy of it is very assertive like a bright fire, sometimes even destroying like a volcano’s fires. It is not always a gentle flame.
Sometimes the clear energy of that fire asserts itself enormously when it is appropriate, yet it does not, because it is attached to spirit, inner truth. It does not harm anyone, you see, it does not get in anyone else’s way, it does not try to control anyone else. It is expressed with the good of all in the heart.
So, peace can be very lively, stormy, intense when it is connected to that seed which has a sound. When aggression is catapulted out of the self against someone else or against a whole community of beings, it comes from a distortion in the relationship between that seed of divinity, of awareness that is the true nature of your being. There is a separation from that nature, the energy distorts itself and it is propelled by fear. And it sounds different, it sings a different song.
So, you can be in the making of a garden, let us say, you a have the hoe, you have to break the earth to put the seeds in. It takes the fire of life to break the earth. It takes energy and, yet, it is done, we hope, in the consciousness of reverence for the mother, for the seeds. Do you have to break the earth in the spring, in this climate? You certainly do. And yet it is not arising out of harm. You can make the same gesture, the breaking of the earth, with anger, with a distorted quality of separation from the earth, of wanting to do the damn thing, and then the effect is different even though the actual result is the same. So, when you have all of your life energy available it asserts itself. When you are cut off from your own source and then you are afraid, the energy distorts and it turns into aggression against someone, or something or the earth or whatever.
So, in order to have the fullness of your life energy and in order to use it in a way that produces more life, meaning that supports the life force in its natural order — this includes death; we are not in favor of perpetual organic existence — then you have the possibility of much power and the trust that you do not wish to harm another being. Is that clear?
Imogen: Yes, Micciah. Thank you.
Micciah: Please, continue.
Ken: I’m sure as a group entity we create our own song.
Micciah: You do indeed.
Ken: I wonder if you could clarify that or give us a symbol or an image that we could access when we’re separate from this group and in need to sort of access that.
Micciah: We would be happy to. All groups create sounds through the nature of their being, individually and then through the way they are together. And you know, when you enter a group that is discordant with your own being, if you are alert to that, you feel it. Sometimes that is interesting and useful to be different.
Now, this group has a capacity to draw in much clear sound. This group is like clear water at dawn as the starlight changes to the rising sun on a clear spring day. You could see this group as an entity with the renewing power of water, cleansing, nourishing. The capacity to support life is what water is on this planet. And you are clear water, sweet water surrounded by green and by several trees in new leaf, and the time of day is a power time, tipping in the relationship between the dark and dawn. You have the sensitivity and the mystery of starlight and the rising power and heat of the sun. And it would be a good image for you to contemplate when you are away from each other. It will strengthen the group.
And you can use this, you can imagine the other groups in your life. What kind of images would they have? What kinds of sounds would they have? You have in this group, individually, done much clearing at an ego level. We are not, as we say often, we are not against the ego. You need a strong, healthy ego. You are as a group are unusually unattached to the fear elements that sometimes collect at the level of ego and block the inner fire.
Julie: This is a break for a moment. You’ve been watching Micciah Channel, and I’d like you to go over the information... or maybe don’t go over the information. Stretch, breathe, get a sense of yourself in the space of reality that you are in. Then we’re going to go back and look at some more Micciah Channel.
Micciah: Let us continue.
Student: Specifically, what levels, by doing metaphysical work, does...how are we affected by that, and also what relationship might there be to our ray, to our life task ray, in regard to doing metaphysical work?
Micciah: What is a, a what?
Student: A ray, our outer ray of our aura?
Micciah: Well it doesn’t exactly have an outer ray. Ask the first part again.
Micciah: What is the effect...?
Student: ...of metaphysical work, how, specifically, how does it effect us when we do metaphysical work?
Micciah: It depends, of course, on the work you do. When you begin to do metaphysical work, and by this we mean everything from meditating to Sufi dancing to reading from the Kabbalah to studying the Tarot to learning Science of Mind to delving into the mysteries of Catholicism — they’re different doors to the same place. There is only one place and whether you start on this side with the meaning of food as a healing substance, whether you start over there with reading the books of Carlos Castaneda, whether you are here, when you begin it effects everything. You know that. Your digestion, your posture, your speech, your reading habits, everything. Your body is affected at a biochemical level when you meditate. Your body’s affected when you are contemplative, when you begin to make choices that are life affirming rather than life denying. The physical body, the emotional body, the body of thoughts...
Then it depends on how far you go, how much courage you have, how much of a risk you are going to take, as to how profoundly you are affected. You get through the first stages — and some people go very fast and some people go more slowly — it doesn’t really matter, you have all the time in the world. And as you are involved with the work you become aware, “Oh, I will have to give this set of stuff up. I’m not going to be able to do that anymore.” So, the personality self says, “Oh well, alright, tchh tchh, out with the old,” and then another element of the personality self says, “Wait! What are you doing? Those are my good old habits, my familiar warm neurosis. Where are you going with that bundle, you fool? Do you want to get us killed?” And this goes on and on, level after level, layer after layer. “Oh, you mean I’m going to have to look at my greed? You mean greed is not abundance consciousness? Well, I want more anyway. Who are you to tell me no. I’m not giving it up.” So, then there are struggles amongst the parts of the self that are afraid, that wish to hang on to what is familiar, what seems to be protective. And then there is the feeling of liberation, when you finally let that old bunch of stuff go. And then there’s more stuff.
We have said before to the extent that you do your clearing — I don’t like the word ‘cleansing’, because it sounds as if there is something dirty, not so nice about you as you are. Attuning, as you start to listen with all your bodies, physical ears, emotional ears, thinking ears, heart, you start to listen for that sound of the divine and you want to be that. And to be that you will have to cast out with love whatever is not that, whatever is not compassion, whatever is not the star seeds, whatever is not representative of caring for another and for yourself. Out! So, when you start the study of metaphysics, watch out. It will affect, it does affect, everything.
To admit to the presence of miracles, to be foolish, to be vulnerable, this affects everything. And there are people, there are those who are so deeply, strongly attuned to that sound, that sound, that they can help you hear it by being in their presence. And it is not always the people that you expect. And that sound is present in nature and in the earth’s body.
So, we wish you well in discovering how to sing that sound, that song. We thank you very much for meeting together and we bid you a good day!
Julie: That’s the end of this particular segment... of this particular adventure. And this channeling is meant to be a spiritual, emotional, intellectual, heartful, mindful journey that I share with another realm, that I share with my classes and that we all share with you. Please go over the material, evaluate it for yourself, and know what it is that you think about it. So long.
