MICCIAH CHANNEL: JULIE WINTER
Produced by Jon Child

Transcript of Program 136, 1990

VIDEO NOT AVAILABLE

Some of Julie’s early work in channel from 1985 and 1988 where Micciah discusses:
The effects of eating animal products, in terms of "good or bad karma." What matters is not so much what you eat but whether you eat your food with a consciousness of love and gratitude. Our culture’s negative attitude toward digestion and elimination. "Any food you eat will nourish you profoundly if you bless it."
Relationship of animal and human consciousness: all creatures dream and tone each other. Each creature has its own angelic realm. All teach one another. Animals incarnate in their own rhythm.
Recurrence and reincarnation: though not required to “do the karma thing,” after physical death we can reexperience and/or rework our life; or we may go on to some other realm. Religions created by beings “not from here” often express yearning to leave this planet.

Micciah: We greet you all, dear friends.

Julie: My Name is Julie Winter, and this program is called Micciah Channel.
And what you are going to see is me, going into an altered state of consciousness, a non‑ordinary state of awareness. And what I believe happens when I am in that state is that I enter an expanded geography of the self, and that there is an overlap between what I know (my intelligence, my awareness, my experience) and something that is larger than my ordinary awareness. It may indeed be that it is all part of my awareness and that would be fine. What’s produced is a personality that is a product of this overlapping and the personality is called Micciah. My voice is going to change and it is my own voice. The variations in speech have to do with my being in an altered state.
The program is created from my classes. My students bring questions in. We encourage you to do the same. And use your discernment in evaluating the information that comes through.
The program that you are about to see is made up of a number of different class sessions.

   ----------

Darlene:  I am interested in a discussion by you on the effect of eating animal products, in terms of gathering good or bad karma.

Micciah:  Good question.  Very good question.  Bad karma, the dreaded bad karma!  Worse than b.o. or bad breath (laughter).  No, it doesn't make bad karma.  There are some physical bodies that need a certain amount of animal food.  There are some bodies that really don't need it and are better off without it.  What is important is the consciousness with which you kill an animal - or bite into a carrot.
The “badness” comes from believing in a hierarchy of consciousness, where the animals are "better" than the plants.   Plants are wise teachers, just as animals are.  If you need to eat an animal, and you honor its spirit in killing it and eating it, there is nothing “bad.”  If you notice it does not agree with your body, then you don't need it. The people in very cold climates, the native people of regions of Canada, Alaska, what are they supposed to eat? Oranges?  No.  There have been many people who ate animals with great love, and the animals contributed their lives.  It is the way that you kill them.  You eat in your culture too much meat.  No one needs that much in this climate.  And animals are fed poisons to fatten their bodies.  That is a violation.  To fatten them, for more profit, or put antibiotics in them, to put chemicals in them, that is a misunderstanding of life.  It's worse than killing them to eat them.  So, now you say, "Well, living in the city what am I going to do? Hunt in Central Park?"  No.  If you are one who needs meat, bless the meat when you eat it - just don't pay any attention to the waiter in the restaurant.  Thank the spirit of the animal for serving you, for nourishing you.  If you want to do something useful, work with the consciousness of people who slaughter animals and feed them chemicals.  Any food you eat will nourish you profoundly if you bless it.  Your salad too.
Now, what is harmful in the meat that you eat is that it has lost its vitality as a result of the additives.  That is true for some of the vegetables as well, yes?  They're full of chemicals.  Everyone cannot get so-called organic vegetables (very odd that a vegetable should not be organic to begin with).  So, when you are eating - we have said this before - bless the food, speak from your luminous body to its luminous body, so that it is consumed with love and digested with love and used with love and returned to the earth with love.  And you will have no digestive problems.  Well, we exaggerate.  But not much.  The digestive difficulties are from the chemicals in the food and also from the unconsciousness about eating.  Fast food!  Have slow food.  Be conscious of the wonderful destructive powers of your teeth.  They grind and snap.  How miraculous that a solid piece of carrot can be taken by the body and refined so you can digest it.  And you also cut off, cut off, the process of elimination.  “Food is clean and elimination is dirty, unmentionable” (not as unmentionable as death).  When you eat, remember it is part of the process: the extraordinary growth of the food and its spirit and spiritedness and your spirit, that it goes through all the convolutions of the digestive tract, and goes back out, having given you what you can use.  You release the rest.

Ione:  I’ve been thinking about animals, having heard that some animals are or have parts of human consciousness in them; and I’d like to know generally about how animals incarnate and how it relates to human incarnation and reincarnation.

Micciah:  It isn’t exactly that animals have human consciousness so much as it is that you are dreaming the crow and the crow is dreaming you; that your complete dream exists in every infinitesimal particle; that the cluster of the sounding of you, which spins out the body of Ione, is spinning in the body of the crow and the rock and in Zoe.  So you all partake of each other, and you all dream each other, and that includes the trees and the rocks and everything.  The phosphorescence in the oceans — everything.
And there — that is a mystical truth.  It is also in some ways a literal truth.  There is the polar opposite, which says, “No, you are all discrete.  You are Claudia, and you are Howard, and you are — your skin ends here, and yours over there, and that is all there is.”  And you can study life in that way, but if you study it long enough in that direction sooner or later you will pop into the tone, the cluster, that brings you back, and says, “No, it is all — you are all dreaming within each other.”
So.  Animals: you and animals are each others’ teachers.  As we have said before, you were not, in our view, put here to conquer the beasts of the earth, nor the earth, but to — to tone to each other.  And sometimes that means, in the outer experience, being in the tone of the hungry Zoe who takes her long, pointy teeth and sinks them into the toning of Mouse.  So when we say you are all dreaming within each other, we don’t mean it to be gooey.
Animals have their own angelic tones, as do the great dreamer. The larger tones, out of which Sheldon popped, is your angelic realm.  Yours.  So, all of the other various animals, all creatures — all consciousness — has its own angelic realms; and they are, ah — your teachers, and always signaling to you about great knowledge, great mind, if you will pay attention.  But you — and you — you — are the only way that the vast heart of the cosmos has to know itself in the dream of human creatures, and you are serving that.
So — animals incarnate in their own rhythmic pattern.
   Does that answer your question?

Ione:  Um — hmm — can you say more about what that pattern is like?

   Micciah:  For animals?

Ione:  For animals, in relation to what our pattern is?  I know it’s a different rhythm, but what kind of rhythm?

Micciah:  It depends, obviously, on the animal, also.
You see the focus personality of Zoe.  Just as you and Frank and Lina and all of you have strings which go into other realms (not only other lifetimes; other dimensions entirely), so does Zoe.  So the cat portion of her will disassemble.  In the outer world, the body will die; in the inner world, the energy will be perfect and intact.  And it may then come back as, ah — another cat, quite quickly; or relive portions of Zoe’s own existence (since time is existing everywhere simultaneously); or not come back for a while, but leave the probability of Catness and its tones alive in the physical dimension, and go off and pay attention to some of the other elements.
Now, it would be a little different for cockroaches.

   [Laughter]

   Ione:  What would they do?

   [Pause; laughter]

   Micciah:  I don’t know.

   [Laughter]

Micciah:  They sing songs that have held up many cities.

   Ione:  Hmm!

   Micciah:  Please go on.

Frank: I want to know if you can explain the difference between recurrence and reincarnation.  By recurrence I mean — we have four seasons and they repeat over and over again: the sun comes up, or the earth goes around the sun.  Why is life — why is mankind exempt from this?  I mean, is it recurrence for a while, and then reincarnation?  Is it — or oblivion for a while, as you explained before; or is it — does each entity have its own charted path it has to follow, in terms of repeating your own life or reincarnating into some other realm?

Micciah:  Yes.  You do not recur in the physical dimension. You do not lead the same life again and again.  That is to say: in our room this evening you are Frank, and you are not going to be Frank sitting in this room over and over again exactly.  But there are several close possibilities.
One is what we said about Zoe: that you will appear in THIS dimension as Frank.  When in the outer world (which is its own kind of dream) you leave your body, you may “go back” — so to speak, quote — to portions of Frank’s life, which forever exists in the inner world, and reexperience it.  So you can come back and be here over and over again, if you like.  And you can also go back when your physical life — when the dream of your physical life — is over, in your concrete reality, in your outer world (what we are calling your outer world); when it is over you can go back and work with portions of it that you realize did not occur as you would wish.  And it — you can go back and alter the events.
Have we lost you yet?  This is some session.

   [Laughter]

We will give you an example, Frank.  Let us say someone who is very sad and desperate commits suicide.  (And incidentally, we feel that there is no punishment — nothing in the heart of God is going to punish you for unendurable misery.)  But you can leave your body and go back to events in that lifetime, and rework them — like going into a dream, having entryway into a dream you dreamed last Wednesday, and being able to move the parts of the dream around so that they fit differently.  In that sense, your life as Frank recurs but is available to you for change.  Or you can go back and reinvent, reexperience, things you particularly delighted in.  That is one set of possibilities.
The other is that you have a desired theme of expression; that the great toning that is your angelic realm speaking in creaturehood through you — has a theme, and will weave a number of lifetimes in the physical world with that same theme — even though you are not in Frank’s body in this concrete dream.
The theme, let us say — to use your example of the seasons, let us say the theme of a particular lifetime is the season of winter.  It is to do with severity, with the bare bones of things; with (we are speaking of a northern winter) — with cold; with perhaps isolation, loneliness, the search for community coming from loneliness.  So the theme is winter.  And you may create many bodies, which then form a cluster that all resonate with each other around that theme, which recurs in different time frames.
So, you are effectively doing the same thing over and over again, but you are doing it in different physical creations.  And you may meet up with the same people, and even have very similar conversations, in different languages, centuries apart.
And the same animal may show up.  Also in a different cloak.
So you do not escape recurrence ... is that what you mean?
Frank:  Well — at this point in time, the whole concept that I work on is to avoid recurrence; in other words, to learn — to put it in different — to do the karma bit and get away.

   Micciah:  Get away —

Frank:  To really get off the planet —

   Micciah:  — from here?

Frank:  — yeah; from — from organic existence.

Micciah:  Yes.  Well — organic existence has been given —

   Frank:  On this planet.

   Micciah:  — a bad name.

   Frank:  On this planet.

Micciah:  Yes — you can do that if you wish.  There are those who wish to — be — they are very much creatures of this toning, and they wish to be here and with the development of the earth in this dream as much as possible.  And there are those who did not come from here, who are not basically earth creatures, although they are in the earth realm.  And often those who are not [from here] wish to leave.
And we will say one further thing about this, which will probably incense lots of people: that the religious practices (with which you are familiar) initiated by those who are not from here speak with great yearning of getting off the wheel of physical life forever.  And the religious practices initiated by those who are essential earth-creatures (they are of the angelic earth-realm) — they create very different religions, that are not preoccupied with getting out of here as a badge of distinction or desirable result of service of many lifetimes.  And one is not any better than the other.  They are just different.
You think you are all human beings and therefore your genesis was the same, but you are aspects of many — many, many — the many filaments of the many realities, and your genesis is not the same except that it is all from Spirit.  Let’s say your place[s] of origin, for the purposes of this discussion, are not the same.
