Micciah: We greet you all, dear friends.

Julie: My Name is Julie Winter, and this program is called Micciah Channel.
And what you are going to see is me, going into an altered state of consciousness, a non-ordinary state of awareness. And what I believe happens when I am in that state is that I enter an expanded geography of the self, and that there is an overlap between what I know (my intelligence, my awareness, my experience) and something that is larger than my ordinary awareness. It may indeed be that it is all part of my awareness and that would be fine. What’s produced is a personality that is a product of this overlapping, and the personality is called Micciah.
My voice is going to change and it is my own voice. The variations in speech have to do with my being in an altered state.
The program is created from my classes. My students bring questions in. We encourage you to ask questions, to ask questions about channeling, about my channeling, whatever. And use your discernment in evaluating the information that comes through.

   ----------

Julie: [holding prayer basket and demonstrating] This is a prayer basket. These are prayers, affirmations, wishes, intentions. And what we do in heal¬ing class, in our circle, is write prayer slips for ourselves and for other people for whom we would like to offer affirmations of love and wholeness, as well as for the planet.
And we would like to include you who watch on television in the healing activities of this group. Then I lay hands on the prayer basket. [to the class] We could all lay hands on the prayer basket at the end.
We would like you to send in your prayer slips and make a big prayer basket so that we who are linked in this relatively abstract way of video can be linked as a circle, as a web of prayers and affirmations for peace and harmony.

[In prayer before channeling] I ask to be open, to be clear in the messages that I receive in the information. We know that this is an exploration, it isn’t the final answer to anything. We enter it with a sense of celebration and the possibilities for healing. May the work be blessed

Micciah: We greet you all, dear friends. And we know that the brew ... that the manifestation ... that what you see around you, and feel and hear, and read, and dream, is becoming more and more disturbed.
How can you be in this time of vast disturbances in the field, and maintain and encourage your individual sense of connection with Spirit and of absolute connection with All That Is — with the vast web of everything, out through the solar system and the galaxies? You are connected at the most intimate level of your cells with all of it.
Out There is ... an extension of In Here. Nothing can be created that is not participatory.
So, you are not Over There regarding all of the horror and the suffering. Nor are you shut away from all the ecstasy, from the bliss that is at one level ever-present.
[Deep breath.] Let us go to the questions.
   Please.

Eve: Shall I say that first question again?

   Micciah: [Whisper.] Yes.

Eve: How can we deal, with a clearly purposeful effort, to subvert the male youth — particularly the black and the Latin youth?

Micciah: How can you deal with, ah — the manifest intention toward violence and toward deliberately engaging young people ... in the tidal wave of violence?
The first step in contemplating that violence, or the violence that you do to yourself with self-hatred, or the violence that you do to other people through, ah — mmm — your judgments (although obviously there is a difference in degree) — the first step is being able to realize that there is no enemy. That to continue to view the Other as “The Enemy,” and pile your hatred onto them, is to continue (although it is certainly understandable in an emotional frame) to recreate the split: to split, and split, and split, and split, and split again, in the same pattern that has been ongoing, in what you call “time,” for a very long time. It is one of the primary dilemmas of the physical realm.
Now — we are certainly not advocating that you take a stance of sweet denial. “There are no enemies!” No. But — mm — to work with yourselves to press beyond the obvious, and find the place that enables you to understand the oneness of the entire interaction.
This is hard to explain — just one moment.
[Pause.] It is as if you could allow the solidity of the situation — if you feel things are as solid as a gun pointing in your face, if you could allow the solidity of the situation to become transparent, so that you can see through the very serious play, the heartbreaking play, of victim and, ah — sadist, into another dimension.
It does not mean you affirm the violence, or that you make believe it is all right. It is manifestly not all right. It means that you are working, in your meditation, in your contemplation, in the way you treat yourself and others and every situation, to go beyond what you can understand. It is like saying, “Imagine a color you have never seen.” Imagine a way of conceiving of this situation in a manner that is different from what you have already conceived.
Let us say, when you hold the entire situation — the giver of the gun and the receiver of the gun — in prayer ... you begin to shift the chemistry of your understanding. In the physical universe, everything appears to be very solid — and yet you know that your body is full of empty space — vast space. Atoms, molecules — mostly space, when you come down to a minute level. And when it gets fine enough you are at the quantum edge — matter and energy are interchangeable.
It means that you need to give up the emotional solidity or rigidity of the position of good and evil. As this one said earlier: How can you chew up the poison and transform it into grace, while at the same time working in whatever way you consider appropriate, in the physical world, to stop violence? To make it possible for everyone to eat, and so forth?
You really will not stop the violence until you transform your consciousness; you cannot do it by legislation alone. It has to be an internalized desire for peace. You have peace in your heart, and that is what creates the peace in the world.
And peace is a very active state. It is not, ah — passive.
So at some point you need to notice that you are — what is the expression? — “buying in,” again, to the split.
And there are levels and levels of functioning: you can support peace by giving money to causes that support it; you can support ecology by acting in a way that is conscious; and at the same time — mmm — working with your believing that there has to be a bad guy! Certainly you have enough observable proof. In a five-dimension — no, in a five-sense world, you have enough proof. You have to go outside of the — mm — the consensus reality to get beyond it.
And sometimes your psychological sense of well-being depends on being able to identify a villain. Then you, by definition, are not the villain. So at one level nobody’s the villain.
[Quiet, intent, emphatic.] We wish to tell you: you have vast stores of creativity that you don’t tap into! Ways of solving the dilemma of the planet. Ways of creating, personally and in community, that you have not yet availed yourselves of.
   So! Please go on.

Roseanne: My question has to do with the many people that are kind of caught between worlds; that are — have given up living, and are not yet certain that they’re prepared to die, and what — what can a person do to help them to cross over?

Micciah: Ah — [whisper] yes. [Aloud.] In other times, in other cultures, there were whole groups of people who were trained to be — mm — to walk between the worlds. They could move their awareness from this dimension into the complexities of other dimensions. It’s not — you don’t just go one place when you die. It’s — that’s a whole other discussion; but — it’s different for different — it’s different, depending.
So — these people would go in small groups out into the community, and they would sit with, ah — the ones who hovered. Now you have many more people on the planet, and also you have many more people who hover. Because you have all of these machines that you can — mm — keep them here with. At any rate: these people were trained to bring the individual — guide them without their dying into the next realm, and back, so that they could know the passageway as safe. (Just as there were people who welcomed the newborns — so helpless — into this realm, and made a safe passage for them.) And then, when the time came, they would usher the spirit into the next realm, after the body and its time was over, and then come back themselves.
And it was done, ah — [deep sigh] with a very specific set of skills. Really, different people have done it in somewhat different ways. Some of you could do it.
If you are on your own with someone, if you cannot speak about death to them, you can in the luminous world hold them and know within yourself that they are completely safe, that the transition is completely safe. It’s one of the safest things [with a laugh] you’ll ever do! And your knowing will set up signals that will be received in some degree by them — if not by the personality alone, by the larger self.
If you are in a situation that is more open, you can really escort the person with sound and with massage and, ah — move with them as the energy starts to gather. You know — the energy of the physical body does not just leave — phumff! That’s it! Pow! Sometimes in sudden death there is a — kind of catapult effect; and, ah — the consciousness emerges in the next dimensions not really understanding that the physical is over for the moment.
Sometimes — more often — if you could see it, if you could see it with your inner eye, you would see the energy leaving its surround of the physical form.
[Cat meows.] Animals can often see that.
There is some understanding of it in the custom of sitting with a body. Mm — mmm — other beliefs have layered over that, the tradition of sitting with a body; but underneath there is some understanding that it takes time to separate from physical life, for all the threads of energy to be withdrawn.
Does — is that what you mean, Roseanne?

Roseanne: Well — I think what I mean is more in the concrete sense. My grandmother is ill now, and I feel her — afraid to die —

   Micciah: Yes.

Roseanne: — afraid to let go, and yet so, so unhappy in her body, which is half paralyzed.

   Micciah: [Whisper.] Yes.

Roseanne: And I feel as if I want to give her something — to help her along, to help her to make that decision; and I’m not sure what I can give.

Micciah: Part of it, with her, is that she is very frightened of — of punishment, and she is very frightened of being alone; that she conceives of death as being alone, when really it is not at all. So, if you could hold her — in your mind, and in your heart — the sense of her being totally welcomed, and enfolded, as she leaves, that will make itself known to her on some level.
She is particularly afraid of the isolation, what she believes about that.
You are capable, in the physical body, of far, far greater isolation and aloneness than you will ever know in the other realms.
[Loudly.] We share with you a very good evening! [[Quieter.] We thank you, and we bid you ...

   Students: Thank you, Micciah.

Micciah: [Whisper.] — a good day.

Julie: That’s the end of this particular segment... of this particular adventure. And this channeling is meant to be a spiritual, emotional, intellectual, heartful, mindful journey that I share with another realm, that I share with my classes and that we all share with you.
Please go over the material, evaluate it for yourself, and know what it is that you think about it.
